Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We utilize major carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Martin-Paradise is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as “delivered” but not received.
Due to the nature of our products and our status as an authorized reseller, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
Note: Certain botanical or personal care items may be ineligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Support within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. As an authorized reseller, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to facilitate a replacement or credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
